This week I talk with Matthew about his recent efforts to combat the administration's Migrant Protection Protocols. Ramon Valdez from Innovation Law Lab also joins us to discuss the so-called "asylum transit ban." As we were talking news broke of a "safe third country" agreement with Guatemala, so we try to digest that bit of news.
The common thread here is that the administration does not want asylum seekers in the U.S. Period.
